目的:总结噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究中的应用现状。方法:检索PubMed central及CNKI期刊全文数据库,以“噬菌体展示技术”和“肿瘤”等为关键词,筛选2004-2008年的110篇相关文献。纳入标准:1)噬菌体展示技术的原理;2)噬菌体展示技术的发展;3)噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究中的应用。根据标准最终精选23篇文献纳入分析。结果:噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究的很多方面都有重要用途,如探索蛋白质之间的相互作用,寻找肿瘤抗原和治疗性靶肽,制备抗体和研制疫苗等;但在临床应用上仍存在一些限制,需进一步深入研究和发展。结论:噬菌体展示技术在肿瘤研究领域已得到广泛应用,但大量投入临床仍需完善。
Objective: To summarize the application of phage display technology in cancer research. Methods: The databases of PubMed central and CNKI journals were searched. Based on the keywords “phage display technology” and “tumor”, 110 related articles from 2004 to 2008 were screened. Inclusion criteria: 1) the principle of phage display technology; 2) the development of phage display technology; and 3) the application of phage display technology in cancer research. According to the standard final selection of 23 articles included in the analysis. RESULTS: Phage display technology has important applications in many aspects of oncology research, such as exploring protein-protein interactions, finding tumor antigens and therapeutic target peptides, preparing antibodies and developing vaccines; however, there are still some limitations in clinical application , Need further research and development. Conclusion: Phage display technology has been widely used in the field of cancer research, but a large number of clinical trials still need improvement.
