本文基于16位高速单片微机dsPIC30F6010A研究一种新型的矿用电机车交流变频调速驱动与控制系统,给出了系统的硬件和软件实现方案及电路结构,采用改进型转差频率控制策略,实现了矿用电机车速度和电流的双PI调节器闭环控制。实验表明,该控制驱动系统提高了电机车运行的可靠性和牵引性能,能够满足矿用电机车交流变频调速运行的要求。
In this paper, based on the 16-bit high-speed single-chip microcomputer dsPIC30F6010A, a new type of drive and control system for AC variable frequency drive of mine electric locomotive is researched. The hardware and software implementation scheme and circuit structure of the system are given. With the improved slip frequency control strategy, The double PI regulator closed-loop control of mine electric locomotive speed and current is realized. Experiments show that the control system can improve the reliability and traction performance of the electric locomotive and meet the requirements of AC variable frequency speed regulation of the locomotive.
