面对我国电力工业体制改革不断深化,科技期刊逐渐走向市场化的新形势,对电力科技期刊的现状进行了分析,提出要更新原有的办刊理念和方式,主动迎接市场经济的挑战,并对如何进行市场运作提出了建议。
