基层党建是整个党的工作的基础,改革创新是活跃基层、打牢基础的根本途径。基层党建工作创新的源头在实践,必须在基层党组织和基层党员的实践创新中推动党建工作的不断发展。创新基层党建工作,一要坚持领导带头和强化责任落实,二要通过发扬民主调动各方积极性,三要强化作风整顿以提高行政效能,四要搭建服务平台不断激活创造力,五要建立健全机制来巩固工作成果。
