价值取向是价值观、人生观的重要组成部分。它从根本方向上规范了人们应当追求什么和应该怎样追求。在我国高度重视发展高等职业技术教育的今天,应当特别关注并加强进入高等职业技术学校学生的思想政治教育工作。职大学生在探索自身发展的过程中如果能结合社会的特点、自身的特点,选择适合自身发展的正确的价值取向,就能早日成才。否则,不是满脑子的不切实际的空想,就是被市场经济的负面影响而误导,从而陷于困境,迷失人生奋斗的目标。因此,调研职大学生的价值取向状况,分析他们在价值取向上的基本态势及新的特点,对引导职大学生选择正确的人生价值目标,培养合格的职大学生具有重要的现实意义。
Value orientation is an important part of values and outlook on life. It fundamentally regulates what people should pursue and how to pursue it. In our country attaches great importance to the development of higher vocational and technical education today, we should pay special attention to and strengthen the ideological and political education of students entering the higher vocational and technical schools. Vocational college students in the process of exploring their own development if we can combine the characteristics of society, their own characteristics, choose the right value for their own development orientation, will be able to become successful as soon as possible. Otherwise, unrealistic dreams that are not filled with brains are misled by the adverse effects of the market economy and thus end up in difficulty and lose the goal of life struggle. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to research vocational college students’ value orientation and to analyze their basic situation and new characteristics in value orientation. It is of great practical significance to guide college students to choose the correct life value goal and to train qualified vocational college students.
