美观是可摘局部义齿(RPD)修复的基本要求之一[1],为了使卡环固体位RPD也能取得良好的美观效果,很多学者先后提出了多种既不违背RPD设计的基本原则,又能减少在前方基牙显露金属卡环的美学RPD设计理念。旋转就位RPD利用导平面板进入前方基牙的邻面倒凹[2],是减少金属卡环显露的有效方法之一。本文通过选择KennedyⅢ、Ⅳ牙列缺损的患者,利用旋转就位RPD在可适用范围内提高RPD美观效果。
Aesthetics is one of the basic requirements for RPD repair [1]. In order to achieve good aesthetic effect of RPD, many scholars have put forward many basic principles which are not contrary to RPD design. Aesthetic RPD design concepts that reduce the presence of metal clasps in the anterior abutment are also reduced. Rotation in place RPD using the flat panel into the anterior abutment abutment concave [2], is to reduce the metal ring is an effective way to reveal. In this paper, Kennedy Ⅲ, Ⅳ dentition defect patients, the use of rotating RPD in place within the applicable range to improve the aesthetic effect of RPD.
