自从我国实行国家统一司法考试制度以来,其不但给中国的法学教育带来了挑战,同时也带来了机遇。随着社会的发展,国家统一司法考试也相应发生了变革,然而法学教育发展缓慢,以致法学教育与法律职业相脱离。在国家实行统一司法考试的背景下,中国的法学教育必然要进行全方位的改革。通过对法学的教育理念与课程设置、教学内容与教学形式、教师队伍与教学方法的改革能够使法学教育与国家统一司法考试更好的衔接起来,使两者之间形成良性的互动,从而从根本上解决法律职业与法学教育相脱节的现实难题。
