我国经济近年来得到了极大的发展,在此基础上我国对于教育的关注度不断提升,从教育理念到教育方法都有了新的要求,因此“全人教育”作为教育的最终目的受到教育学界以及社会各类人群的关注。从大学英语教学来说,其教育的目的在于提升学生的英语综合素养,培养学生人文性,为社会培养出综合素质较佳的人才,但是从目前的大学英语教育现状来看,其教育理念恰恰缺乏了人文性,也没有达到提高学生人文素养的目的,这就造成了许多大学生在就业过程中无法满足社会的要求,因此,本文就以“全人教育”为视角,探讨大学英语教学中人文素养的培养方案。
