加工一批材质为纯铜的零件,钻孔深度为50mm,并要求攻削 M6螺孔。然而,加工过程中碰到的主要问题是钻头刃口易破裂。钻削深度在30mm 以内时钻头工作正常,再钻下去即会发出尖锐刺耳的响声,并时常卡住钻头,容易产生钻头刃口破裂现象。解决这个问题的方法如下:保留钻头刃端约6mm 长度为原钻头直径,以保证螺纹底孔的直径尺寸;磨去钻头其余部分的棱边,这样可减少工件对钻头表面的挤压作用,采用这种方法改制的钻头,没有发生破裂现
