本法用N-235磺化煤油溶液在8N盐酸溶液中,将钴、铜、铁与镍进行分离,然后用2N氯化钠溶液将钴反萃取,使钴与大量铁和部分铜分离。萃余液与反萃液经过调酸后用EDTA标液分别滴定镍和钴。三价铁干扰测定,少量铁可用三乙醇胺或氟化物掩蔽。少量铜可用抗坏血酸或硫脲掩蔽。
