The distributed fragmentation model was used to evaluate the friction phenomenon in fluidized bed, wind pipe and jet flow layer, and the control mechanism leading to friction in these systems was determined. The model proves that it is possible to correctly predict the correlation between the frictional composition of the ore and the particle size distribution resulting from the friction. In order to evaluate the friction in the continuous fluidized bed and the jet bed
