目的了解中国高校校医院急诊科室设置与急救设备配置情况,为提出指导性建议和意见提供参考。方法对全国131名参训高校急诊医疗工作负责人进行急诊科室设置与急救设备配置等情况的问卷调查。结果除部分二级医院相对比较规范以外,多数高校医疗机构在急诊科室设置、急救人员配置、急救设备配备、急诊急救制度建设等方面存在明显欠缺,无法满足广大高校师生对医疗保健尤其是一些紧急医疗救助的需求。心肺复苏救治时的重要医疗设备与人工呼吸机等关键急救设备在高校医疗机构中配置率较低。结论高校校医院在急诊科室设置和急救设备配置方面存在较多问题。卫生和教育行政部门应对高校医疗机构急诊科室设置、队伍建设、急诊工作制度、急救技术规范、培训与考核、急救设备配置等方面提出明确的规范要求和指导性建议。
Objective To understand the setting of emergency departments and the configuration of emergency equipment in Chinese university and university hospitals, and to provide reference for making suggestions and suggestions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the setting of emergency departments and the configuration of first aid equipment in 131 emergency medical personnel in colleges and universities nationwide. Conclusion There are many problems in setting up emergency department and emergency equipment in college and university hospitals. Health and education administrative departments should set forth specific normative and guiding suggestions on emergency department setting, team building, emergency work system, emergency technical specifications, training and assessment, and emergency equipment disposition in medical institutions of higher education.
