目的 :探索酪氨酸与依那普利、硝苯吡啶在高原低氧条件下对移居者负荷运动后血氧饱和度与肺通气功能的影响 ,为药物提高和改善低氧环境下人脑 -体功效能力提供科学依据 ;方法 :选择某部驻守海拔 3 70 0m 6个月的健康男性青年 3 0名 ,分 3组 ,甲组口服炒面胶囊 ( 1 0人 ,对照组 ) ,乙组口服酪氨酸 ( 1 0人 ) ,丙组口服依那普利和硝苯吡啶( 1 0人 ) ,连续服药 1 5天 ,于服药前、服药 1 5天、停药 1 0天 3个阶段应用EGM型自行车功量仪进行负荷运动 (运动负荷指标 :W 2 2 5P1 75次 /分~ 1 80次 /分 ) ,运动后 5分钟进行SaO2 (血氧饱和度 )和肺功能检测 ;结果 :服药前运动前SaO2 显著高于服药前运动后、服药 1 5天运动后、停药 1 0天运动后 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,服药 1 5天运动后和停药 1 0天运动后乙、丙组SaO2 显著高于甲组及服药前运动后甲、乙、丙组SaO2 ,服药前运动前、后 ,服药 1 5天运动后及停药 1 0天运动后肺通气功能无显著性改变 (P >0 .0 5) ;结论 :酪氨酸与依那普利、硝苯吡啶能有效的提高人体在低氧条件下负荷运动后的SaO2 ,可能是通过增强氧的弥散和运输、促进氧利用的药物生理效应而发生作用的 ,停药 1 0天后仍能保持一定的SaO2 含量。
Objective: To explore the effects of tyrosine, enalapril and nifedipine on the oxygen saturation and pulmonary ventilation function of migrants during high altitude hypoxia, so as to improve and improve the hypoxic environment of human brain - To provide a scientific basis for body efficacy; Methods: 30 healthy young men stationed at an altitude of 3 700 m for 6 months were selected and divided into 3 groups: group A was given fried noodles (control group), group B (10), enalapril and nifedipine (10) in group C, taking continuous treatment for 15 days, taking EGM type before taking medicine, taking medicine for 15 days and stopping medicine for 10 days. Bike power meter was used for load exercise (exercise load index: W 2 2 5P1 75 times / min to 1 80 / min), SaO2 (oxygen saturation) and pulmonary function test were performed 5 minutes after exercise. Results: Pre-SaO2 was significantly higher than that before medication, after taking 15 days of exercise, after stopping 10 days of exercise (P <0.01), after taking medicine for 15 days and after stopping 10 days of exercise, Group SaO2 was significantly higher than group A and group A, group B and group C before SaO2, before taking group before exercise, after taking group 15 day delivery (P> 0.05) .Conclusion: Tyrosine and enalapril and nifedipine can effectively improve the body’s lung function under hypoxic conditions After exercise, SaO2 may play a role by enhancing the diffusion and transport of oxygen and promoting the physiological effects of the drug used by oxygenation. SaO2 content after 10 days of withdrawal can still be maintained.
