VR型交流稳压器,输出电压稳定度高(±0.3%)、波形失真小(小于8%),是一种应用广泛的较理想的交流电压源。当稳压器电子管控制部分由于元器件的寿命、质量等原因发生损坏时,可能导致稳压器产生超压或低压输出这二种常见故障。低压输出故障,用户可从用电设备、仪器功能异常得以发现,不易造成设备、器件的损坏。而超压输出故障出现时,超压输出幅度随负载变化,轻负载时可高达300V左右,用户不易发现,甚至持续超压,直到用户的电子仪器、设备、器件发生损坏才察觉。这种事故已屡见不鲜。特别对于那些负荷较轻,正在运行使用的以交流220V为电源的微机系统、中大规模集成芯片,这种随机出现的超压更易造成难以予料的损失。尽管超压出现的几率很小,但其危害却是相当严重的。本文简要地讨论VR型交流稳压器因电子控制部分故障引起的超压保护方式。同时介绍一种VR305稳压电源的超压保护装置,它可自动监视超压,一旦超压能迅速进入安全的低压输出状态。
VR-type AC voltage regulator, the output voltage stability (± 0.3%), small waveform distortion (less than 8%), is a widely used more ideal AC voltage source. When the control part of the regulator tube is damaged due to the life span, quality and other reasons of the components, it may cause two common faults of over voltage or low voltage output of the regulator. Low-voltage output failure, the user can be from the electrical equipment, equipment abnormalities can be found, not easy to cause damage to equipment, devices. The overpressure output fault occurs, the overpressure output amplitude changes with the load, light load up to 300V or so, the user is not easy to find, or even over-pressure until the user’s electronic equipment, equipment, device damage was detected. This kind of accident is not uncommon. Especially for those light load, running the use of AC 220V power supply for the computer system, the large-scale integrated chip, this random overpressure is more likely to cause unforeseen losses. Although the chance of overpressure is very small, its harm is quite serious. This article briefly discusses VR-type AC regulators due to electronic control part of the failure caused by overpressure protection. At the same time introduced a VR305 power supply overvoltage protection device, which can automatically monitor overpressure, overpressure can quickly enter the safe low-voltage output state.
