北京大学公寓服务中心党支部以“探究提高党支部组织生活质量”为核心,从理论和实践两个层面对提高高校党支部组织生活质量的路径进行了探讨。提高高校党支部组织生活质量,就理论而言,关键在于坚持党的民主集中制;就实践而言,其重要方法是以创新为动力,调动基层党员的积极性、主动性和创造性。
The branch office of Peking University Apartment Service Center takes “Exploring and Improving the Quality of Life of the Party Branch Organization ” as the core, and probes into the ways to improve the organizational life quality of the party branch in colleges and universities from both theoretical and practical aspects. In theory, the key is to uphold the party’s democratic centralism. In terms of practice, the important method is to use innovation as a driving force to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of grass-roots party members.
