随着素质教育理念在课堂教学中的不断渗透,小学班主任与学生和谐关系的构建逐渐受到人们的关注。小学班主任与学生之间建立和谐的师生关系,不仅对小学生的健康成长和思想发展产生重要的影响,而且对小学生学习能力的提高具有积极意义。本文主要阐述了小学班主任与学生和谐关系的内涵、小学班主任与学生和谐关系构建的重要性以及小学生与班主任和县关系的构建对策。
With the constant infiltration of the concept of quality education in classroom teaching, the construction of the harmonious relationship between primary school teacher and students has drawn more and more attention.
