2016年,“工匠精神”成为高频词汇,在职业教育界引起广泛热议和高度重视。中等职业学校要落实立德树人的责任和使命,就要正确理解和准确把握工匠精神的内涵、外延、实质,理清国家战略的要求、技能型人才成长的需要与现实办学阶段主要任务之间的关系,通过校园文化建设、课程体系建设、专业课教学、教师队伍建设等途径渗透培育学生的工匠精神。
