随着社会转型的不断深化,指导与服务已经成为县级供电企业管理中政工师工作的重要内容。县级供电企业管理中政工师在新的历史时期的角色应定位为“多能型”的思想政治教育工作者。由此,文章对新形势下县级供电企业管理中政工师角色面临的挑战和困境、角色定位及主要作用进行了分析,并就如何提升角色意识进行了分析。
With the continuous deepening of social transformation, guidance and service have become an important part of the work of county-level power supply enterprises in managing political workers. County-level power supply enterprises to manage the role of political workers in the new historical period should be positioned as “pluripotent ” ideological and political education workers. Therefore, the article analyzes the challenges and dilemmas, the roles and the main roles that Chinese political workers play in the management of county-level power supply enterprises under the new situation. And it also analyzes how to enhance the awareness of roles.
