伴随着越来越深刻的经济全球化,国家经济主权的各个方面都受到了一定程度的冲击,尤其表现在财政和货币政策领域。无论是国际层面的合作还是区域性质的一体化,都不同程度地削弱了国家货币主权,但同时也在宏观方面带来了一定程度良好的经济效果。本文试从法律角度和经济学角度分析并权衡这种利弊,厘清当今国际货币合作为国家主权带来的综合性影响。
With the deepening economic globalization, all aspects of the country’s economic sovereignty have been hit to some extent, especially in the areas of fiscal and monetary policy. Both the cooperation at the international level and the regional integration have weakened the national monetary sovereignty to some extent, but at the same time, they have brought a certain degree of good economic results on the macro level. This article tries to analyze and weigh the pros and cons from the perspective of law and economics, and clarify the comprehensive influence of the current international currency cooperation on the national sovereignty.
