巯甲丙脯酸(captopril,CPT)是一种口服血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂,临床上用来治疗各种类型高血压,是一种较为安全有效的新药。主要副作用有低血压,心动过缓,皮疹,肾功能减退,蛋白尿和白细胞减少症等。致男性乳房发育症罕见。笔者门诊曾见一例报道如下。高某某,男,43岁。患原发性高血压病16年,长期坚持服用多种降压药效果欠佳,改用巯甲丙脯酸(常州制药厂生产)口服治疗,50mg bid,5天后血压下降,改为25m g gd维持量。服药1月后患者自觉双侧乳
