猕猴桃是原产我国的野生藤本果树,营养价值较高,我国现有54个种,56个变种,丰富的种质资源为猕猴桃遗传育种提供了方便。据前人的报道,猕猴桃属的几个有经济价值的种,其染色体数目有差异,为了进一步利用这些资源,有必要对其染色体作系统检查。Bowden研究了软枣猕猴桃和狗枣猕猴桃的染色体数目,它们均为四倍体。目前栽培较多的中华猕猴桃硬毛变种为六倍体和四倍体,而软毛变种为二倍体。毛花猕猴桃为二倍体。据调查,阔叶猕猴桃Vc含量高达696.72~966.76 mg/100g,是很有价值的种质资源,目前对其染色体数目还未研究,本研究的目的是检查该种的染色体数目,同时对其它几个种也作了观察,以便与前人的结果相比较。
Kiwifruit is a native tree of fruit of our country with high nutritional value. There are 54 species and 56 varieties in our country. The rich germplasm resources provide convenient for the genetic breeding of kiwifruit. According to previous reports, several species of kiwifruit of economic value, the number of chromosomes are different, in order to further use of these resources, it is necessary for their chromosomes for systematic examination. Bowden studied the chromosome numbers of jujube and jujube kiwifruit, both of which are tetraploids. Currently cultivated Chinese kiwifruit bristle varieties hexaploid and tetraploid, and hairy varieties are diploid. Gerbera kiwifruit is diploid. According to the survey, broadleaved kiwifruit Vc content as high as 696.72 ~ 966.76 mg / 100g, is a valuable germplasm resources, the current number of chromosomes have not been studied, the purpose of this study is to check the species chromosome number, while several other The species were also observed in order to compare with the previous results.
