“举证责任倒置”和“医疗事故处理条例”的相继出台,在社会上尤其是在医务界产生了很大反响,可谓“一石激起千层浪”。如何应对新的形势,已成为医务界干部职工共同关心的话题。在一次全国性医院思想政治工作会议上,一位非中山医院的代表荐介了上海中山医院全员培训做法,引起了与会人员的浓厚兴趣。于是,本刊派出记者到中山医院采访,以全面、真实地介绍出中山医院的经验,从而促使医务界广大干部职工转变观念,加强学习,变挑战为机遇,以积极应对全新形势。
The promulgation of the “burden of proof inversion” and the “regulations on the handling of medical malpractice” have been promulgated in the community, especially in the medical field, which can be said to “provoke a wave of waves”.
