鉴于细胞周期特异性药物氟脲嘧啶(5 Fu),与细胞周期非特异性药物甲基亚硝脲(MeCCNu)、或丝裂霉素C(Mito C)治疗胃肠道癌均有效。作者并用这两类药物治疗57例病人,均经组织学证实为晚期胃肠道腺癌,且以往未接受任何化疗的患者,计结肠直肠癌34例、胃癌11例、胰腺癌8例、胆囊胆道与肝癌各2例。随机分两种方案治疗:一组用5 Fu+MeCCNu;另一组用5 Fu+Mito C治疗,所有病例应用5 Fu的剂量为:25毫克/公斤体重/天,24小时内静脉输注,共五天。用输注泵调整5 Fu输注速率,以减少血栓性
