本文以秋千沟林场合理的森林结构为目标,对该场的森林资源进行了收获调整;鉴于森林收获调整是具有目标多样性、目标间相互矛盾性和具有半结构化性质的决策问题,共选用了6种多目标决策方法(目标规划法、分层序列法、线性加权和法、理想点法、加权理想点法、逐步法)对落叶松用材林经营单位进行多目标决策分析,结果表明几种方法都较好地解决了该经营单位的森林收获调整问题,但各方法的适用条件及对目标灵活性的要求差别较大,决策者偏好信息宣布的时机也不相同,建议在以后的森林收获调整中多采用逐步法。在决策过程中,为突出不同目标对决策结果的影响及决策者对不同目标的偏好,使决策者的偏好信息正确量化,计论了几种权系数的计算方法,权重计算结果表明,几种权重计算方法差异不大;实际工作时可从中选一。最后,引用了两个衡量森林资源结构的数量指标作为评价森林收获调整效果的数量指标,从调整前后森林资源结构数量指标的变化情况看,森林收获调整达到了预期的目的
In this paper, aiming at the reasonable forest structure of Qiugougou Forest Farm, the forest resources of this site are adjusted and adjusted. Finally, two quantitative indexes of forest resources structure are quoted as quantitative indicators to evaluate the effect of forest harvest adjustment.
