贵刊1988年第2、3期和1989年第1期分别介绍了用稻谷原料制平菇、香菇等食用菌菌种,这很适合在我们南方水稻产区推广应用。笔者在这方面也进行了近三年的探索,实践表明,采用稻谷、稻草、米糠混合培养基比单纯用稻谷或稻谷加棉籽壳培养基具有更多的优点,所培养出的平菇。香菇菌种接于稻草料的栽培袋(瓶)中,菌丝定植快,长满袋(瓶)要比纯稻谷或稻谷加棉籽壳培养基制作的菌种要早3—7天,且产量有所提高,现将制作方法介绍如下:
