1 病历摘要例1,男,49岁。因腹胀渐重、不能进食2月伴尿少、胸闷不能平卧及全身浮肿7天入院。既往无肝炎病史。查体:T 37℃。P 112次/min,R 30次/min,Bp14/8kPa,神清,端坐呼吸,口唇微绀,面部毛细血管扩张,巩膜轻度黄染,颈部可见蜘蛛痣,气管左移,肝掌(+),心率108次/min,心律规则,无病理杂音,右下呼吸音明显降低,叩浊,腹高度膨隆,胸、腹、背、下
