生态视角下的职业经理人发展,是一个具有生命性、竞争性、自适应性等诸多生态特征的系统。职业经理人生态承载力由经济资源承载力、环境承载力和生态弹性等三者的合力表征。它可以衡量一定时空条件下,职业经理人生态系统维持其系统和谐的自我调节能力,以及职业经理人生态系统资源与环境子系统承载一定质量和规模的职业经理人和谐发展的能力。将生态系统承载力的概念引入职业经理人生态系统是一种全新的尝试。
The development of professional managers under the ecological perspective is a system with many ecological characteristics such as life, competition and adaptability. The ecological carrying capacity of professional managers is characterized by the combination of economic resources carrying capacity, environmental carrying capacity and ecological resilience. It can measure the ability of professional manager’s ecosystem to maintain its systematic self-regulation under certain space-time conditions and the harmonious development of professional managers who occupy a certain quality and scale by the professional manager’s ecosystem resources and environment subsystem. Introducing the concept of ecosystem carrying capacity into the ecosystem of professional managers is a completely new attempt.
