产品的设计过程是企业生产中最基本的一环,是决定产品质量的原始和根本阶段。产品质量满足其特定用途的程度,主要取决于设计过程。过去讲产品质量,人们往往把注意力集中到制造环节上,而设计对产品质量的影响,往往被人们忽视。其实,设计才是起决定作用的因素。因为,要想产品质量好,首先要做到设计水平高。设计质量决定了产品的固有质量,制造过程的质量是使产品符合设计要求、加工标准或技术规范的保证,当然也很重要。
The product design process is the most basic part of the company’s production and is the original and fundamental stage that determines product quality. The degree to which a product’s quality meets its specific purpose depends on the design process. In the past, when people talk about product quality, people tend to focus on the manufacturing process. The impact of design on product quality is often overlooked. In fact, design is the decisive factor. Because, in order to have good product quality, we must first achieve a high level of design. The quality of the design determines the inherent quality of the product. The quality of the manufacturing process is the assurance that the product meets the design requirements, processing standards or technical specifications, and of course it is also important.
