以4,4’-二硝基-6,6’-二甲基-2,2’-联吡啶-N,N’-二氧化物为起始原料,经过三氟乙酸酐酯化、羟甲基化、氢溴酸溴甲基化及亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯氢胺基甲基化合成了4,4’-二溴-6,6’-二(N,N-二(乙氧基羰甲基)氨甲基)-2,2’-联吡啶。通过熔点、红外光谱、核磁共振、高效液相色谱、高分辨质谱测试技术表征了该化合物的结构,为合成时间分辨荧光免疫分析新型双功能螯合剂提供了重要中间体。
Using 4,4’-dinitro-6,6’-dimethyl-2,2’-bipyridine-N, N’-dioxide as the starting material, trifluoroacetic anhydride Bromomethylation of hydrobromic acid and hydroamine methylation of diethyl iminodiacetate gave 4,4’-dibromo-6,6’-bis (N, N-di (ethoxy) Carbonylmethyl) aminomethyl) -2,2’-bipyridine. The structure of the compound was characterized by melting point, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, high performance liquid chromatography and high resolution mass spectrometry. It provides an important intermediate for the synthesis of novel bifunctional chelating agents for time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay.
