代表团于6月10日在俄亥拉荷马医学基金会主席Thurman教授的夫人及唐建南,陈伟仪教授的陪同下,从旧金山经达拉斯转赴俄亥拉荷马市。由于时差关系,虽然离开旧金山还是清晨,但到达目的地已是下午了。在机场上受到Thurman教授及其他有关会议组织者的欢迎。从6月11日至13日在基金会礼堂举行了中美蛋白质会议的学术交流,三天中宣读了论文20篇,其中我方9篇,美方11篇,大致可以分为以下五类:
