指出了现有的阻性和抗性消声器理论计算公式的缺陷和局限性,说明了用边界元法计算消声器性能的可行性和优越性.并针对轴对称的消声器这一具体声学结构,从基本积分方程出发,导出了Helmholtz方程基本解的具体表达式,从理论上说明了如何用边界元法来解决轴对称消声器的声学性能计算.并用计算结果与测试结果进行对比,给出了直观的对比表与图,证明了用边界元法计算结果是可靠的,为消声器产品的CAD设计提供了有力的分析工具和可靠的设计依据.
The limitations and limitations of the existing theoretical calculation formulas for resistive and resistive mufflers are pointed out. The feasibility and superiority of calculating the performance of mufflers using the boundary element method are illustrated. According to the specific acoustic structure of axisymmetric muffler, starting from the basic integral equation, the concrete expression of the basic solution of Helmholtz equation is deduced, which theoretically shows how to solve the acoustic performance of axisymmetric muffler by using the boundary element method. The results of comparison with the test results are compared with those of the test results. An intuitive comparison table and graphs are given. It is proved that the result of the boundary element method is reliable and provides powerful analysis tools and reliable design basis for the CAD design of muffler products.
