Recently, the Ministry of Education’s first report on education and human resources released by the Ministry of Education proposed that comprehensively developing human resources should become the first objective of building an overall well-to-do society. As the most populous country in the world, human resources advantages are the only ones in the world that China has in the world Advantageous resources. Only by developing human resources as the first resource can we transform the heavy burden on human resources into a wealthy human resources advantage and transform our country from a population country to a human resource powerhouse.
