在蚌埠市委、市人民政府和上级有关部门的关怀和支持下,市卫生局党委在认真总结卫生管理体制改革经验的基础上,84年底决定妇幼保健院和妇幼保健站实行院站合一管理体制,同时实行院长负责制,坚持把社会效益作为唯一准则,实行“防治结合,以防为主,内外结合,以外为主”的原则。一年来,改革推动了各项业务工作,取得了较好的成绩,开创了我市妇幼保健工作的新局面。去年年底,经省卫生厅文明妇幼保健院检查组检查验收,市妇幼保健院名列前茅,今年三月份又被评选为市优质服务先进单位。

At the same time, the president’s responsibility system is implemented, and social efficiency is the sole criterion for the implementation of the principle of “combine prevention with prevention, prevention with priority, internal and external integration, and other priorities”. In the past year, the reforms have promoted various business operations and achieved good results. This has created a new situation for maternal and child health care in our city. At the end of last year, the inspection team of the Ministry of Health’s Department of Civilized Maternal and Child Health Hospital examined and accepted the inspection. City Maternal and Child Health Hospital ranked first, and in March of this year, it was selected as the city’s advanced unit for quality service.
