高职教育是为生产、建设、管理、服务第一线培养高素质高级技能型专门人才的教育,必须提供适合社会需要的课题体系,才能提高人才培养质量,因此课程开发研究势在必行。针对高职校企合作办学的特色,课程设置应以就业为导向,粮食工程专业课程开发也应以就业为导向。本文以粮食化学为开发课程,对专业原有课程分析化学、有机化学、油脂化学等在内容上进行汇编,同时加入粮食知识进行整合,期望对于本专业的课程改革进行有利探索。
Higher vocational education is to educate the first line of production, construction, management and service to cultivate high-quality and high-level skilled professionals. It is necessary to provide the subject system that suits the needs of the society so as to improve the quality of personnel training. Therefore, the research on curriculum development is imperative. In view of the characteristics of higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, the curriculum should be employment-oriented, and food engineering courses should be employment-oriented. In this paper, food chemistry for the development of curriculum, the original curriculum of professional chemistry, organic chemistry, oil chemistry, etc. in the compilation of content, at the same time adding food knowledge to integrate, looking forward to the professional curriculum reform to explore.
