适应开放、动态社会形势的需要,建设打防控一体化工作机制,是提高公安机关驾驭复杂治安局势能力,预防、控制犯罪,维护治安大局稳定的战略性举措。从台州市公安工作实践出发,阐述打防控一体化建设的历史必然性,提出必须建立以信息流的基本理念来统筹和衔接打防控各个环节,以全面建设一个信息共享为主线,以“四大机制”建设为措施,以公安队伍建设为保障的诸警种联动作战,警民协作,覆盖整个社会面的预防、控制、打击犯罪的一体化网络。
To meet the needs of an open and dynamic social situation and building an anti-control and integrated working mechanism is a strategic move to improve the ability of public security organs to handle complex security situations, prevent and control crime, and maintain the overall situation of public order and security.
