氮肥追施时期对冬小麦籽粒蛋白质产量的影响是由产量和蛋白质含量共同决定的,但与产量的相关程度(r2=0.98)比与蛋白质含量的相关程度(r2=0.93)略大,在各追施时期中,拔节期一次追肥蛋白质产量最高。氮肥深追,由于产量和蛋白质含量的同步增加,导致蛋白质产量的提高,播期对蛋白质产量的影响同年份相关,适期播种(9月23日左右)蛋白质产量最高。蛋白质含量同灌浆期、乳熟期植株全氮含量呈显著正相关(r=0.83*,r=0.91*),产量和蛋白质含量存在显著正相关(r=0.67*),赖氨酸含量同产量,蛋白质含量间相关不明显。
The effect of nitrogen topdressing on grain protein yield of winter wheat was determined by yield and protein content, but its correlation with yield (r2 = 0.98) was slightly larger than that with protein content (r2 = 0.93) In the top-dressing period, the top-dressing protein yield was the highest at jointing stage. Due to the simultaneous increase of yield and protein content, the increase of protein yield leads to the effect of sowing date on the protein yield. The appropriate sowing date (about September 23) results in the highest protein yield. There was a significant positive correlation between protein content and total nitrogen content at grain filling stage and milky maturity stage (r = 0.83 *, r = 0.91 *).
