微型企业的发展对经济和社会发展有十分重要,高风险性特别是财务风险是其主要特征之一。文章从内部和外部两方面分析了微型企业财务风险的主要成因,并提出了防范微型企业财务风险的主要措施。
The development of microenterprises is very important to economic and social development. High risk, especially financial risk, is one of its main features. The article analyzes the main causes of financial risk of micro-enterprises both from the internal and external aspects and puts forward the main measures to prevent the micro-enterprises from financial risks.
