思想政治工作是各个企、事业单位进行各项生产经营管理活动的前提和基础,尤其是在当前国际金融危机四起,各行各业经营都十分困难,竞争又非常残酷和激烈的情况下,更需要加强政工工作的力度,而且钢铁企业本身就是重工业,是一种重负荷的体力劳动,如果要想在市场竞争中脱颖而出,就必须要加强广大员工及干部的思想政治工作,提高政工工作的效率,让大家都能树立正确的思想,能站在统一战线上去迎接新世纪的挑战。本文从钢铁企业政工工作中所存在的问题开始探讨,就走出困境的方法、策略和创新手段提出了一系列建设性的意见。
