目的对肿瘤放化疗患者的中西医结合疗效进行观察与分析。方法选取符合条件的80例肿瘤放化疗患者,并将其随机分为两组,即中西医结合治疗组(观察组)和单纯放化疗组(对照组),两组患者给予相应治疗措施且进行临床观察与数据统计分析。结果观察组患者生活质量较对照组改善明显(▲P<0.05),患者免疫指标提高也较对照组显著且不良反应发生率也明显低于对照组(▲P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法是一种行之有效的方案,该方法不仅可以显著提高临床治疗效果,同时对改善患者生活质量具有不可估量的临床价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with tumor radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods A total of 80 eligible patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups: Integrative Medicine Group (treated group) and Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Group (control group). Patients in both groups were given appropriate treatments Clinical observation and data statistical analysis. Results The quality of life of patients in observation group was significantly improved (P <0.05). The immune index of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group and the incidence of adverse reactions was also significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese and Western medicine is an effective solution, which not only can significantly improve the clinical effect, but also has immeasurable clinical value for improving the quality of life of patients.
