在切削加工中,不重磨刀片的使用范围越来越广,由此可节省加工成本。目前在拉削方面,使用带切向切削的圆形不重磨刀片的拉刀,获得了效果。下面就介绍这种刀具的结构原理及其带来的经济效益。拉削方法在许多方面得到应用,例如在汽车工业中加工汽缸盖、轴承盖及连杆等。在此,一般用高速钢拉刀或焊接的硬质合金拉刀作平面和内孔拉削加工。目前加拿大研制了一种新拉刀,该拉刀的硬质合金不重磨圆刀片切向装夹,采用螺钉紧固。新拉刀与过去所采用的拉刀相比,可大大节省加工成本。目前这种拉刀只用于加工铸铁,但在加工钢的试验中,已经取得初步的经验。
