子宫角妊娠临床报告较少,有的以输卵管间质部妊娠或残角子宫妊娠报告。孕卵附着在输卵管口近子宫腔或在输卵管间质部,但向子宫腔侧发育而不在间质部发育称为子宫角妊娠。常在妊娠中期发生自发性子宫破裂,造成严重后果。我院1954年至1980年(文革期间6年病案缺失)21年中收治异位妊娠1449例,仅见五例,占0.03%。报告如下:(一)病历摘要:见附表。
Clinical reports of uterine horn pregnancy less, some with tubal pregnancy or residual horn uterine pregnancy report. Pregnant eggs attached to the tubal orifice near the uterine cavity or in the tubal interstitial, but to the uterine cavity side development and not in the development of interstitial uterine horn pregnancy. Frequent spontaneous uterine rupture occurs in the second trimester, causing serious consequences. Our hospital from 1954 to 1980 (6 years during the Cultural Revolution lost) 2149 cases of ectopic pregnancy in 1449 cases, only 5 cases, accounting for 0.03%.
