为了评价河南省结核病实验室网络能力水平,通过收集分析专项结核病信息调查资料和日常工作上报材料,对河南省108个县开展了符合国家质量要求的痰涂片显微镜检,有72.2%(78/108)的县开展了分离培养,18个市级实验室开展了药物敏感性试验。试验结果表明,河南省涂片检查已覆盖全省,并且有质量保障,县级分离培养和市级药物敏感性试验网络体系也已初步建立,需进一步完善该网络体系建设,以提高县、市两级实验室检测水平,满足公共卫生事业发展的需要。
In order to evaluate the network capacity of TB laboratory in Henan Province, sputum smear microscopy was performed in 108 counties in Henan Province through collecting and analyzing special TB information survey materials and daily work reports, with 72.2% (78 / 108) counties carried out separation and training, 18 municipal laboratories conducted a drug susceptibility test. The test results show that the smear inspection in Henan Province has covered the whole province, and there are quality assurance, county-level separation training and municipal drug susceptibility testing network system has also been initially established, we need to further improve the network system to improve the county and city Two levels of laboratory testing to meet the needs of the development of public health.
