随着城市现代化迅速发展和机动车保有量持续增加,交通问题成为政府和百姓共同关注的热点。由北京电视台和北京市公安局公安交通管理局合办的《红绿灯》栏目正是顺应了交通发展的需要,成为服务北京百姓交通出行的日播交通电视节目。栏目1997年7月5日首播,至今已经有20年的历史。2004年栏目由最初的5分钟扩版为15分钟,2009年扩版为25分钟,2011扩版为30分钟,2013年扩版为40分钟,2015年扩版为42分钟。节目内容涉及北京交通事业的方方面面:交
