上世纪90年代以来,随着科学技术的不断进步和经济的不断发展,知识的重要性获得了前所未有的重视和认可。随着知识成为最重要的战略资源,知识管理也成为企业创建和维持竞争优势的决定性因素。企业的核心能力在于对知识的有效管理,尤其是对集体的隐性知识的管理,而与企业知识密切相关的知识学习能力决定了企业的知识积累,从而成为企业持续竞争优势的关键。本文探讨企业如何管理隐性知识资源,创造持续的竞争优势。
Since the 1990s, with the continuous advancement of science and technology and continuous economic development, the importance of knowledge has gained unprecedented attention and recognition. With knowledge becoming the most important strategic resource, knowledge management has also become a decisive factor for companies to create and maintain competitive advantages. The core competence of an enterprise lies in the effective management of knowledge, especially the management of collective tacit knowledge, and the knowledge learning ability closely related to the enterprise knowledge determines the knowledge accumulation of the enterprise, and thus becomes the key to the company’s sustainable competitive advantage. This article discusses how companies manage tacit knowledge resources and create sustainable competitive advantages.
