随着工业化的发展,知识经济的进步,我国迫切需要直接从事生产操作或者经营管理的技术型人才。而发展职业技术教育,正是提升劳动者知识程度、技术水平、工作能力和综合素质的有效途径。改善我国职业技术教育的现状,探讨解决职业技术教育的对策,日益成为学者们关心的一项重要课题。本文根据当前我国职业技术教育的现状,结合发达国家发展职业技术教育的经验,通过结合图表数据对当前我国不同地区(选取北京、山东、浙江、山西四省市为例)的职业技术教育情况进行统计分析,以发现其中的问题,分析原因,提出可行性的对策建议。
With the development of industrialization and the progress of knowledge economy, our country urgently needs skilled personnel who are directly engaged in production operation or management. The development of vocational and technical education is an effective way to enhance the knowledge level, technical level, working ability and overall quality of workers. Improving the status quo of vocational and technical education in our country and exploring solutions to vocational and technical education are increasingly becoming an important topic that scholars are concerned about. Based on the current situation of vocational and technical education in our country and the experience of developed countries in developing vocational and technical education, the paper analyzes the current situation of vocational and technical education in different regions of our country (for example, Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang and Shanxi) Statistical analysis, in order to discover the problem, analyze the reason, put forward the feasible countermeasure suggestion.
