2001年,中国本土创投的成长非常迅速。本土创投目前共有133家,分布在22个省、自治区和直辖市,主要集中在北京、上海和广东。虽然受资本规模的限制,中国本土创投的单位投资额并不大(本土创投平均投资额度为150万美元,而外资创投为570万美元),但在2001年却表现得比外资创投更活跃,投资总量也大于外资创投,投资个数约为外资的4倍。《科学投资》评选的中国本土十大风险投资机构,排名依据的是其历史投资总量。《科学投资》希望通过这一评选,使读者了解中国十大本土龙头风险投资机构以往的投资活动,了解其投资策略,投资理念以及其未来投资趋势和方向,为融资者提供很好的借鉴和帮助,提高融资者融资成功的几率。
