当前形势下,医院体制改革不断深入,内控管理已成为医院工作中的重要部分。本文主要阐述了医院内控管理的意义,指出了当前医院内控管理中存在的问题,并提出了加强医院内控管理的相应对策,以期为医院的内控管理提供参考。
Under the current situation, the reform of the hospital system has been deepened. Internal control management has become an important part of hospital work. This paper expounds the significance of the hospital internal control management, points out the problems in the current hospital internal control management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the hospital internal control management, in order to provide a reference for the hospital’s internal control management.
