信阳山洪灾害及重点小型水库监测系统是河南省山洪灾害重点区水雨情监测应急建设项目中的一部分。系统选用公网作为通讯媒介、采用水利部新近发布的《水情信息编码标准》数据格式,省中心实现类似中国移动短信中心的功能,通过水利专网,建立连接进行数据交换,实现覆盖广泛的应用平台。该系统已经于2008年8月前设备安装到位,配合已经建设的水情自动测报系统,在未来防洪减灾中,将发挥主要作用。
