由于建筑行业越来越透明,行业利润不断下降,所以周转材料的有效利用和节省是项目利润的最大来源。只有加大周转材料的管理力度,才能够实现更高的收益。本文介绍了周转材料的管理现状,分析了管理问题出现的原因,最后提出加强管理的对策。
As the construction industry is becoming more transparent and industry profits are declining, the effective use and saving of working capital is the largest source of project profits. Only by increasing the management of working capital, can we achieve higher profits. This article introduces the current situation of the management of working materials, analyzes the reasons for the emergence of management problems, and finally puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen management.
