武派太极拳创始人武禹襄特别重视习拳的质量,首重身法。武禹襄借鉴了射艺身法要领,根据太极拳之需要,强调走架要“立身中正安舒,支撑八面;行气如九曲珠,无微不到”(见《十三势行功要解》)。并规定《身法十要》:提顶、吊裆、涵胸、拔背、松肩、沉肘、裹裆、护肫、腾挪、闪战。后来郝月如先生又增尾闾正中、气沉丹田、分清虚实,共十三项,成为武派传人必须遵守之身法要领。武禹襄宗师生前对这些要领并无文字解释,第一个作解释的是郝月如先生。其弟子徐震在《太极拳发微·练拳第八》中对武派太极身法要点也做过概括。多年前依据师门心法,我对武派太极拳身法也做过浅释(见《武派太极拳体用全书》57~62页)。伴随着练功体悟,深感昔年解释仍有未尽意之处,所以再做补充修润,供太极拳爱好者参考,并请高明指正。
Wu Wu Tai Chi founder Wu Yu Xiang special emphasis on the quality of martial arts, the first focus on body and mind. Wu Yuxiang draws on the arts and techniques of shooting techniques essentials, according to the needs of Taijiquan, emphasizing the walk to “stand in the Shuzheng, support eight; qi such as nine beads, meticulous ” (see “Thirteen potential Power to solve ”). And provides “ten body and law”: toe, crotch, Han chest, pull back, loose shoulders, Shen elbow, wrapped crotch, caretaker, Tang move, flashbacks. Later, Mr. Hao Yueru added the middle of the Lu Village and exposed Shen Dantian to clarify the actual situation and altogether a total of thirteen items, becoming the essentials of the physical and legal disciplines that the Wu sent descendants must abide by. Wu Yu Xiangzhang teacher in his lifetime did not explain the essentials of these essentials, the first one to explain is Mr. Hao Yueru. Xu Zhen, his disciple, also summarized the main points of martial law in Taiji martial law in the eighth edition of Taijiquan. Many years ago, according to the teacher’s heart and mind, I also made a brief explanation of the martial arts method of Taijiquan (see “The book on martial arts Taijiquan” 57 ~ 62 pages). Accompanied by practice enlightenment, deep sense of the past explanation is still not satisfactory place, so do additional repair, for Tai Chi fans a reference, and please correct me.
